All products on this site are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. 
All prices on this website are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Domestic Order within Singapore
We accept payment via Bank Transfer (PayNow preferred). An email confirmation will be sent once you confirm your order online.

 

International Order
We accept payment  via Bank Transfer. An email confirmation will be sent once you confirm your order online.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that an admin fee of SGD$1.00 will be imposed for order (both Domestic & International) submitted & cancelled subsequently for reason(s) other than stock(s) unavailability.
 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Rest assured, we will always put in our best efforts to process your order(s) as soon as we can.

Domestic Shipment
You will receive your purchase within an estimated 2-5 business days (excl weekends) from the date of receipt of your payment. Please look out for your package(s) in your mail box.

SINGAPORE Domestic Handling & Shipping Fee - S$3.00 {small package}^

^ Please note that whilst most times this rate will apply, rate may still be subjected to final adjustments due to its size & weight of the package eg bulky or heavy items. We will contact you to make payment for the shortfall amount before proceeding with the shipment.

International Shipment
We can ship to virtually any address in the world except P.O.Boxes. Our preferred shipping method is International Registered Mail (5-14 business days, excl weekends), which is more economical. The rates applied are based on zone* and will be calculated at point of checkout. They are as follows:

Zone A: Malaysia.

Zone B: Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, S.Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand.

Zone C: Australia, China, India, Japan, Myanmar, New Zealand, Vietnam.

Zone D: UK, Canada, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka.

Zone E: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.

Zone F: Brazil, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, UAE.

*Shipping cost is a close approximate & may be subjected to final adjustments due to its size & weight of the package (esp if the weight exceeds 2KG) and destination. If this happens, you will be requested to confirm your order & make payment before items are shipped out.

*Optional shipping insurance is available for an additional S$20 or 3% of the declared value whichever is higher. Please note that this amount is NOT included in the shipping rates when you checkout.

*If you do not find your country in any of these zones, please obtain a shipping quote from us.

Special Note:
Please note that you are NOT limited to the shipping method above. If you prefer any other alternative method of shipping such as FedEx, DHL or UPS, please email your order to us at info@beadsetc.com.sg and we would be pleased to furnish you a quote.

*Delivery time is only an estimate & may be subject to customs clearance time in your country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes (to be borne by the recipient), which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
